Ohio University Wrestling Camps All age groups and levels of experience are invited to join us on the Ohio University campus for instruction in all imaginable areas of wrestling. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will teach advanced as well as basic wrestling techniques, competition, training tactics, mat strategies and strength and conditioning. All campers will receive the appropriate attention from all the staff. Specific training techniques used by top collegiate wrestlers and coaches will also be discussed.
